On Boarding, Set Up and Training:
We provide online training sessions for Administrators and Publishers leveraging our experience of working with over 150 Councils. You can gain immediate benefits of using LG Hub within 2 to 3 weeks of deployment.
Help Centre
We have set up a Help Centre where you will find useful information regarding LG Hub.
Help Desk Support:
We provide Help Desk Support to hub administrators at any time.
To get support you can either go to "Activities" in the Help Centre and enter your request, email support@taskexchange.net or call us Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Australian time.
Our ticketing service automatically records your requests and send an immediate response with a unique reference number. We will then follow up within three business hours.
