How can I find out more about LG Hub?

We can arrange a webinar to show you how Administrators set up People, Groups and User Permissions and publish content in LG Hub. We then look at the User experience-how users can find and navigate through content, make annotations, bookmarks, edit and create content among other things. What devices does LG Hub work on?

LG Hub is Multi-Platform. It gives you powerful enterprise grade mobile content management and distribution on iOS, Android and Windows devices and as a Web App on PC browsers.

Can I still access the files while I'm offline?

Yes, content is cached in the device so you can access files even when you are not connected to the internet.

Does LG Hub include annotations?

Yes, LG Hub has an in built annotation tool so that users can annotate PDFs and share annotations with other users.

Can I edit content in LG Hub?

Yes. Powerful document management functionality allows tablet users to directly edit, mark-up and organise nearly any form of content including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, PDFs, videos, podcasts and more.

Is LG Hub secure?

Security is one of the features of LG Hub. It has enhanced encryption, remote content wipe, location protection and more. Administrators can force password changes remotely and link to upstream policy managers including AD and LDAP Directories. Administrators can also add watermarks to sensitive content.

Does LG Hub manage confidential documents?

Yes. Document scan be marked as Confidential by the Administrator. These confidential documents require the user to authenticate before the document is pushed to the device and it is removed from the device when the user is finished with the document. Administrators can also add watermarks to confidential documents.

Can users look at multiple documents in LG Hub?

Yes LG Hub features multi tabs so users can quickly switch back between documents in different tabs. These can be saved as a stack for later reference.

How long does it take to set up and deploy LG Hub?

LG Hub can be set up and deployed within 2 to 3 weeks. We do the Set Up, On Boarding and Training of Administrators as part of the package.

How is the distribution of content in LG Hub organised?

Groups are set up and people are assigned to Groups according to their roles. Content is then distributed to appropriate Groups so that the right content goes to the right people every time.

What types of files does LG Hub support?

LG Hub supports a wide range of files including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, video and much more.
