We provide online training sessions for Administrators and Publishers leveraging our experience of working with over 120 Councils. You can gain immediate benefits of using LG Hub within 2 to 3 weeks of deployment.
We have set up a Help Centre where you will find useful information regarding LG Hub.
Help Desk Support:
We provide Help Desk Support to hub administrators at any time.
To get support you can either go to "Activities" in the Help Centre and enter your request, email or call us Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Australian time.
Our ticketing service automatically records your requests and send an immediate response with a unique reference number. We will then follow up within three business hours.
